Regrettable, this location isn’t able to process or send yodel parcels at this stage, as they haven’t got the necessary arrangements in place yet

Sent a package a while back. I thought they entered the recipient address weirdly, but since it is written on the parcel, I didn’t think anything of it. It never arrived…
Also don’t go by these opening hours. I went 15min before closing time and they were already closed. What a nice surprise.

Absolute shambles of a post office with new staff who haven't got a clue what they are doing! Having to stand in a very long queue when 2 members of staff are at one till, one reading out envelopes to the other who then processes the mail. Surely that is bizarre and takes even more time. Some of us have jobs to go to and can't wait for two people to do one person's job! Also I have personally found the new manager to be exceptionally rude! The original staff were always super polite and friendly! Would not recommend!

Terrible post office, stood in a queue for at least 20 minutes while the woman behind the counter carried on doing things instead of serving. When a mistake was made and I rang for help she was most unhelpful. I didn’t live locally so couldn’t call round.
